Pack process

Put the products on the conveyor belt---servo motor control the products to go ahead---products enter into the bag former---back sealing --end sealing -finished packages(packages type is optional).

Introduction

1.Three servo motor system control, end seal, middle seal and feeding can be controlled independently.

2. There is no limit to the bag length, you can choose the fixed length mode and the induction bag length mode.

3. Anti-aircraft bag, cut material stop, induction material start and stop.

4. The bag-making length is more precise and accurate, which is convenient for docking production lines or automatic lines.

5. Independent PID control of middle seal and end seal temperature, better suitable for different packaging materials

6. Photoelectric eye color mark tracking sensor, digital input sealing and cutting position.

7. The transmission system is simple, reliable and easy to maintain.

8. The seal can be sealed at both ends or on one side.
