Pillow-type packaging machines are continuous packaging machines with strong packaging capabilities, suitable for packaging various food and non-food products of different specifications. They can be used not only for packaging unbranded packaging materials but also for high-speed packaging of roll paper with pre-printed trademark patterns. However, certain errors in the manufacturing of packaging materials, such as misalignment between printed positioning color marks on the packaging material, stretching and mechanical transmission errors, can lead to deviations in the specified sealing and cutting positions, resulting in errors.
To eliminate errors and achieve correct sealing and cutting, packaging design must consider the issue of automatic positioning. To address this in pillow-type packaging machines, a continuous photoelectric automatic positioning system has been designed based on positioning marks on the packaging material. The continuous photoelectric positioning system is divided into positive and negative rotation types, brake types, and two transmission system synchronous types based on error compensation working modes.
Pillow-Type Packaging Machine Operation:
Conveyor Mechanism: Conveys packaged goods horizontally to the entrance of the roll or film (at this point, the roll or film is cylindrical), where they enter the cylindrical packaging material through the bag-making machine.
Synchronization: Runs synchronously to execute processes such as heat sealing, vacuuming or inflating, and cutting.
Examples of items packaged in pillow-type packaging machines include bread, chocolates, biscuits, instant noodles, etc. Pillow packaging is suitable for individual items or blocks compared to horizontal or vertical packaging, making it ideal for integrated items like bars, spheres, batteries, and even packaged foods like instant noodles. These are all examples of pillow-type collective packaging.
Precautions for Using Pillow-Type Packaging Machines:
Before turning on the power, insert the induction aviation plug and tighten the screws.
Do not use metal caps or containers, and do not place them on metal countertops while pressing the start button, as this can damage the machine.
Regularly touch the surface of the induction head during operation to check for overheating. If it's too hot, stop heating and wait for it to cool down before resuming work.
There are high voltages inside the pillow-type packaging machine, and the bottom plate is electrified. During operation, the middle sealing heating block and the end sealing knife seat are usually at temperatures above 120 degrees Celsius. Therefore, extreme caution is required during use and maintenance to avoid personal danger.
By following these guidelines, you can ensure the efficient and safe operation of pillow-type packaging machines in various packaging applications.
